Job Summary : The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the execution of complex Salesforce developmentefforts across the bank while working with a team of admins and developers.
The ideal candidate willhave experience broad experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of exceptionalresults and scalability and is looking for the opportunity to grow into a development team leader andtechnical lead over the next several years.
Requirements : Bachelors Degree in STEM or related field 5 years of hands-on complex Salesforce development in an enterprise-level environment (100users), including APEX, Visualforce,
and Lightning Components Design and deliver solutions utilizing Salesforce security and access framework and bestpractices.
Working with sandbox and production environments to manage changes. Implementation with APEX Language, Classes, Controllers and triggers, Lightning Components,Visualforce Pages SOAP and REST API calls, Web Services, and HTTP requests from APEX Expertise in debugging and resolving the issues in existing code.
Proven strong development experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloudenvironments. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Demonstrated ability to communicate and make recommendations to the technical resourcesand the non-technical users related to Salesforce features and best practices.
A relational database, web server, and application programming.Roles and Responsibilities : Design consumable, secure, and scalable project-specific architectures to be executed byadministrators and developers.
Review existing designs and implementations to deliver an evaluation used to provide scalabilityand continuity. Participate in every stage of the Salesforce team SDLC.
Design and implement standard code review processes. Compare functional requirements with native Salesforce functionalities to provide gap analysisprior to custom development.
Provide Impact analysis on existing solutions prior to the execution and acceptance of theproposed solution design. Educate, advocate, and utilize development best practices always using Salesforce out-of-boxfunctionality first wherever possible.
Evaluate data integration tools and products to be used for various projects and needs. Provide design for new Salesforce-related data integration projects.
Collaborate with all roles of the Salesforce team alongside stakeholders (Developer, QA, BA,Admin, Project Manager / Scrum Master, business stakeholders).
