Sales Manager Role Description: We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative with experience in the technology sector to lead our sales team in Latin America. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, including Key Account Managers (KAMs), developing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and reporting sales volumes to management. This role will focus on audiovisual products such as video cameras and audiovisual materials. Salary: USD 4,000 + commissions Responsibilities: Lead the sales team in Latin America, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives. Supervise and support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in managing key accounts.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase sales of audiovisual products. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotional strategies with sales objectives. Report to management on sales volumes, market trends, and team performance. Identify business opportunities and establish strong relationships with current and potential clients. Participate in budget preparation and sales forecasting. Stay updated with market trends and competition to proactively adjust strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the technology sector, preferably with audiovisual products. Experience in leading and managing sales teams. Proven skills in developing and executing sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
