About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative , you'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, connecting with top E-Commerce companies to showcase our premier customer service solutions. Your goal? Educate the marketplace on why we are the best choice for top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities: -Engage E-Commerce brands to set up demo calls for our Account Executives (commissions included!). -Send targeted emails to generate interest and secure demos (commissions included!). -Respond quickly to inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
-Maintain a polished and engaging style that builds client interest. -Update and manage deals in HubSpot, ensuring accurate and complete information. Ideal Candidate: -Puts the needs of potential clients first and answers all their questions thoroughly. -Always seeks improvement and takes action on feedback promptly. -Upholds honesty and integrity in all interactions. -Takes full responsibility for tasks and goes above and beyond to ensure success. -Actively seeks ways to contribute ideas that positively impact the team and clients. Qualifications: -Outbound sales and meeting booking experience required. (minimum 1 year) -Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Gorgias, HubSpot, and Apollo is a plus. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Motivated self-starter with a high-energy approach. -Reliable internet connection (15+ Mbps). +Competitive Salary: $4/hour + commission. +Paid Time Off (PTO). +Comprehensive Health Insurance: Including dental coverage. +Work From Home: Permanent and full-time setup.
