Reports To: CEO Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to play a crucial role in our sales process. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for qualifying them, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively, manage your time efficiently, and maintain accurate records will be essential to your success. Responsibilities: Lead Qualification: Analyze incoming leads from various sources (website, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial phone/email outreach to assess lead fit and interest Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria (budget, timeline, needs) Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Mastery Accurately maintain and update lead information in our CRM system Log detailed notes on interactions and follow-ups Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Implement automated workflows to streamline processes and nurture leads Sales Team Support Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified leads and sales representatives Prepare and share sales proposals Nurture relationships with leads throughout the sales pipeline Additional Contributions Collaborate on the creation of sales materials and presentations Track and report on lead conversion rates and sales metrics Actively participate in team discussions to refine our sales strategies Qualifications: Experience: Two years of experience in a sales or customer service role preferred Experience with CRM software a plus Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Google Workspace Ability to work independently Compensation:A market-related salary based on your experience We're a fully remote team with team members located in the US and South Africa. Work from wherever you have access to a fast internet connection. Quarterly profit distributions A technology stipend of $2,000 for all new hires and a $2,000 refresher stipend every 2 years.
