Position Overview: We are actively building a pipeline of elite recruiters from Pakistan to support our client companies.
This role is ideal for experienced recruiters with a proven track record who meet our technical requirements and are ready to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions remotely.
Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally serving international clients in the UK, USA, or Middle Eastern markets.
Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A dedicated office setup with a stable internet connection (minimum 20+ MBPS) and reliable power backup are needed.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn for recruitment.
