Job Overview: We are seeking a fluent Polish-speaking Customer Advisor to be the primary point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers.
This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere within Bulgaria.
You will be responsible for delivering top-quality customer service, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting our web services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all customers.
You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our Polish-speaking clients by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products and services, offering accurate information, troubleshooting support, and helpful guidance to customers.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders, as well as handling all other web service-related queries.
Technical Assistance: Offer clear and understandable technical guidance, helping customers use our services effectively.
Basic technical knowledge is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborating to continuously improve the customer experience.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to help improve products, services, and processes within the company.
Requirements: Fluent in Polish: Native or near-native fluency in both written and spoken Polish is essential.
B2 English Proficiency: A good command of English (B2 level or higher) is required for internal communication and documentation.
Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: A basic understanding of web services and digital tools is helpful but not required, as we provide full training.
Eligibility to Work in Bulgaria: Only local candidates will be considered.
You must have a valid residency card, EU citizenship, or a refugee card (valid for more than one year).
Work permits or blue cards are not accepted.
