ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a versatile Workplace Coordinator/Receptionist for a fixed-term maternity cover.
This is a full-time position based in Munich, Germany.
The position will report to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Workplace Operations, North America-MCE region.
Daily tasks will be: • Administrative duties.
• Support between the team and other departments.
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE • Experience in an administrative office role or workplace operations or in the customer service/hospitality industry.
• Fluent English.
• Flexible and reliable personality with a positive work attitude.
• Solid and confident verbal and written communication skills.
