Job Description - Product Owner OTA Update Cloud China (MER0002XV8) Group: Mercedes-Benz Group AG
Description Objective The product owner is responsible for the realization of the new OTA Update Cloud for China. This includes defining the vision of the product, managing the backlog, and overseeing the design and development. The product owner is responsible for the whole product lifecycle, including its operation and continuous improvement.
Define the vision for the team's product and create a product roadmap based on vision. Align with stakeholders regarding requirements, features, and timeline.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements. Refine user stories with the development team.
Implementation of product with the development team. Daily communication and resolving of impediments. Alignment with other development teams.
Analyze incidents and solve problems. Communicate with end-users.
Track KPIs, define countermeasures, and report them to relevant stakeholders and management.
Qualifications Education Bachelor degree or above, 6+ years working experience, 3+ years working experience as a product owner.Experience and Knowledge Experience in creation, management, and development of cloud-based applications.Experience in an agile software development model, for example, Scrum or Kanban.Technical understanding of backend and cloud software.Technical understanding of cloud providers like Microsoft Azure or AWS.Fluent oral English communication capability to internal/global teams and customers.Excellent teamwork spirit, communication skills, task and work planning skills, and self-motivated.Knowledge in the automotive industry or OTA Software Updates is preferred.
