InvGate is a fast growing SaaS company that develops products for IT management and service automation, used by over 1,000 clients in 50 countries in industries such as banking, manufacturing, retail, government, education and technology. To support our continuous growth we are looking for a dedicated, fast-learning, and detail-orientedProduct Marketing Specialist who is savvy in technology. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Marketing) to develop and execute marketing campaigns, create compelling messaging, and ensure our products resonate with our target audience.
Your responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their functionalities, and the value provided to our clients. Document and map out the customer journey of our potential buyers and adjust our marketing strategies based on your projections Plan and participate in activities related to releases of new products in collaboration with relevant teams Ensure that all of our product-relevant marketing activities are adhere to the brand messaging guidelines and resonate with our target audience Coordinate and assist in the creation of content for our owned and third-party media channels Update product information on the company's website and ensure all marketing collateral features the correct, most recent product information Leverage competitive intelligence, marketing and sales tools [Klue, Gong, Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.] to gather relevant information on competitors, our buyers, the market, and ever-evolving needs. Coordinate always-on efforts to gather client feedback and maximize its visibility in review sites such as Capterra, Gartner, G2, etc. The ideal candidate: You are fast-learning and have the ability to do market and competitive research, understand patterns, think creatively, learn industry jargon and transform it into different collaterals and deliverables. You are outcome-oriented and proactive. At any given day, you will be working on multiple workstreams and collaborating efficiently with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product as well your Product Marketing peers. You are excited about working in Product Marketing and you are passionate about the technology industry. You have some relevant experience and/or a related bachelor's degree. You are bilingual in English and Spanish. -> Your interview with our Director of Product Marketing will be entirely in English.
