Position Overview Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for a Process Innovation Analyst, who supports process optimization and digitalization initiatives. The position focuses mainly on developing and managing process automation and business process management solutions. The position leverages the latest technologies to provide solutions that meet business needs.
Area of Responsibility Process Analysis:Responsible for analyzing and improving processes within the organization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and align workflows with the strategic goals of the business.Driving long-term productivity and competitiveness.Process Design and Redesign:Acquire, define, manage, and coach process optimization projects with automation, digital solutions, or redesign.Drive innovation and evaluate new tools/application in alignment with global business strategy.Implementation of Improvements:Achieve increased automation rate, best-in-class service availability and quality in combination with cost optimization for all services.Support and Collaboration to Teams:Collaborate with other teams of similar make-up within GBS globally.Engage with business lines to develop project scope including KPI/SLA's.Align and synergize with neighboring business lines to maximize customer benefit and resource utilization.Experience: 3-5 years in a comparable business setting, process analysis, and improvement.Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.Knowledge of process automation. Experience in process design and digital solution implementations.Experience with SAP preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced level of English.
