ManagerJob Description & Summary At PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services.
This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.
In IT asset management at PwC, you will focus on managing and optimising the lifecycle of technology assets, confirming compliance with licensing agreements, and minimising costs.
Your work will involve experience in inventory management, software licensing, and vendor relationship management.
Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality.
You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.Job Requirements and Preferences Dashboard Maintenance and Support: Monitor and maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data accuracy, report rendering, and dashboard performance.Implement bug fixes and updates to improve functionality and user experience.Data Integrity and Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks and validations.Collaborate with data stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency.User Support and Training: Provide support to end-users by addressing queries and issues related to Power BI reports and dashboards.Assist in training users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.Enhancements and New Builds: Support the development of enhancements to existing dashboards based on user feedback and business needs.Participate in the creation of new Power BI reports and dashboards when capacity allows.Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, changes, and updates for reference and training purposes.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices to recommend improvements.Identify opportunities to optimize and automate reporting processes.Coaching and People Management: Support more junior resources on the team in technical upskilling and career coaching on a regular basis.Technical skills & Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience in data visualization and Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Report / visualization creation.Experience with SQL and data modeling.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast-paced, iterative development environment, along with experience with associated software and tool (e.g., Azure DevOps, Asana).Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a data-centric environment is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into data needs, and then into actionable insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3+ years' experience working with business stakeholders and/or providing client services.
Required Knowledge/Skills: Oral and written proficiency in English required.
