We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist users on their journey to quitting smoking and switching to alternative tobacco products.
You'll provide expert support across multiple channels (voice, email, social) to help users with inquiries like charging e-cigarette devices, ordering refills, locating service centers, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers with technical and order-related queries.
Provide guidance on product usage and maintenance.
Use various communication channels to engage with users.
Required skills Fluent in the requested language Working proficiency in English Excellent communication skills High technical proficiency.
