Job Scope:

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be the expert in setting up and optimizing our clients' Customer Service Platforms. Your role includes developing best practices, improving implementation processes, and supporting our Onboarding Specialists with platform-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and enhance customer service platforms.
- Streamline implementation processes.

- Create and maintain setup tutorials and SOPs.
- Audit and optimize client platforms.
- Assist Onboarding Specialists with platform setup.
- Report progress and analytics to team leads.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in Customer Service (preferred).
- Background in IT or Computer Science (preferred).
- Experience in eCommerce (preferred).
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk (preferred).
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

Internet Requirements:
- Own a PC or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for upload & download speeds.
