What you'll do:  First level for any HR queries from colleagues, team mates and managers.
People Operations and administrative tasks.
Policies – updating, advising, raising awareness.
Amendments to contracts and maintaining data cleanliness.
Full spectrum of People tasks from Onboarding, Engagement to off-boarding and everything in between.
Touchpoints with employees.
Who you are:  Proven experience in a similar People Operations role.
Experience in Singapore employment regulations.
Proficiency in data analytics with a demonstrated ability to interpret data effectively.
Preferably experienced in working with HRIS platforms to manage employee data and workflow.
Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Hibob or similar softwares.
Relevant certifications or studies within Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields would be advantageous but not mandatory.
