Individually great, together unstoppable The Role and the Team We're looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our People Operations team.
As People Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping us to deliver our people strategy.
You'll act as a trusted expert, providing a high level of service to our colleagues, as well as coaching our managers and providing comprehensive advice and support regarding people policies, procedures and employee relations issues.

What You'll Do Provide expert HR advice and support and be a trusted point of contact for managers, guiding and providing best practice advice on policy, procedures and employment related issues Proactive management of all ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, performance and absence.
Supporting and coaching managers through these processes to reach a timely and effective resolution Contribute proactively to the development and implementation of people policies and procedures, ensuring any changes are communicated effectively to managers Work with the People Business Partners to implement any changes to organisational design Report on relevant people data such as absence rates, absence reasons, attrition and performance ratings, to identify trends and escalate accordingly with the People Business Partners Identify and implement improvements to our people processes to enhance the colleague experience and ensure scalability Take an active role in the development and delivery of projects and initiatives, including the introduction of a new HRIS, introduction of a manager toolkit, full review of HR policies and introduction of an HR metrics dashboard Support on the full range of regular people activities, including pay reviews, bonus cycles, performance reviews, holiday purchase windows etc.
What You'll Bring Significant experience working in a fast-paced HR Advisor/ER Advisor/HR Generalist role, with demonstrable experience of managing employee relations cases, from low level to more complex cases Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice Experience of conflict management and mediation Highly organised and results driven, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach and a keen eye for detail Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and 'manage up' to ensure that policy and processes are adhered to appropriately Analytical and reporting skills, experience of using a HR system and using data to inform decisions Experience in a PE or VC-backed organisation is desirable Ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards Our Culture Our members, partners and colleagues are at the heart of everything we do.
