About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pega Developer to join our client's global team. In this fully remote position, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects for international clients – all from the comfort of your home.

* Monthly Starting Salary: Open, depending on level of experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Application Development: Design, build, and deploy innovative PEGA applications for new development projects.
* DevOps Integration: Contribute to DevOps workflows, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and seamless delivery of PEGA solutions.
* Client Collaboration:
Work closely with international clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
* Knowledge Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest PEGA certifications and advancements to maintain your expert status.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
Must-Have Skills:
* With at least 2-3 years experience in the same capacity
* Hands-on development experience.
* Fluent English communication skills for technical discussions (additional languages like German, Dutch, or French are a plus).
* Excellent interpersonal skills: patient, proactive, and open to feedback.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Certification as a Lead Systems Architect (LSA) or significant experience as a Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA).
* DevOps Experience: Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
* Strong expertise in PEGA Constellation design and architecture.
* Experience with automated testing using modern testing frameworks.
* Industry knowledge in sectors like finance, telecommunications, public sector, or aviation.
* Proven experience in delivering training sessions or seminars on PEGA development.
