Ryz Labs is seeking a visionary and dynamic Ops/Program Manager to join one of our venture companies in its next phase of growth and innovation. We are at the forefront of artificial intelligence innovation, dedicated to streamlining and optimizing business processes through cutting-edge AI solutions.  In this role, you will ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals, manage timelines, and optimize resources for efficiency. We are a high-growth company looking for hyper-organized, efficient, forward-thinking problem-solvers with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.  Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role, ideally in a tech company or fast-paced environment. - Solid understanding of agile project management and experience implementing agile processes. - Strong analytical skills with experience in presenting data in a digestible way to support your decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Main responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes to support core operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. - Leverage data to design and implement playbooks for various operational tasks, tracking and adjusting processes to meet evolving business needs. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance operational performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Partner with other departments (e.g., marketing, product, finance) to coordinate operational activities and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. - Serve as the main point of contact for operational updates, regularly communicating progress, successes, and challenges to stakeholders. - Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring that all operational initiatives align with organizational goals. - Identify opportunities for operational improvement, championing initiatives that drive greater efficiency, reduce costs, and improve process effectiveness.
