Meet your team The Global Finance Success (GFS) environment allows SAP to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the Finance processes while delivering global end to end process standards. Within GFS, the O2I Services Team is responsible for supporting the processes for the administration of Services contracts and invoices starting with the receipt of signed contracts.
The department maintains a strong focus on customer experience, engaging with other relevant departments within the company to resolve problems, drive automation and enablement, and support relevant projects. As a Finance Operations Specialist in O2I Services, you will execute operational (including transactional) tasks independently and deal with customers' queries, gaining a good knowledge of standard processes and related transactions while maintaining good relationships with external and internal customers.
What you'll do: Responsible for administration of customer contracts, including the booking of contracts, invoicing customers, invoice delivery, and revenue recognition of deals booked;Ensure timely and accurate customer billing;Analyze pending billing and identify potential quality issues;Handle internal/external customers' queries within stipulated SLAs;Ensure accuracy in financial records through proper execution of operational tasks;Monitoring and Reporting;Cooperation and Communication with internal and external customers;Support projects and/or improvement activities;Participate in the monthly close processes;Additional responsibilities and broad knowledge of standard processes and related transactions.What you bring: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to work in a virtual team and with different cultures;Fast learner;Adaptable and able to use own initiative;Able to adapt to changing environments, keeping up with trends;Resilience to work under pressure;Proactive and social personality;Organization, prioritization & time management skills are essential;Team player & embraces diversity;Proactive and responsible approach to customer support;Quality driven with excellent attention to detail;Solid problem-solving and analytical skills;Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);Advanced English (oral & written);Advanced Portuguese is a plus (oral & written);Experience with SAP systems preferable;Experience working in customer services and/or shared services is a plus.NOTE: PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR RESUME IN ENGLISH!
