:) What you will do Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups; Perform gap analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and feasibility assessments; Create process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and optimize processes; Support system integrations, cloud deployments, and data troubleshooting; Align project roadmaps with business objectives and drive process innovations; Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must haves +3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst ; Experience creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), including As-Is and To-Be process maps; Expertise in process flow diagrams (BPMN, swimlanes) using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar; Proficient in presenting technical and process information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills; Proficient with tools like JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and cloud platforms.
Nice to haves Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization; Exposure to data engineering, machine learning, and AI; Experience with cost-benefit analysis.
