As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a Mid Market Account Executive with unparalleled ambition, the tenacity to overcome challenges, and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the e-commerce retail industry.
About the role: As a Mid Market Account Executive at Ingrid, you will play a pivotal role in our growth trajectory.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business by identifying, developing, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.
With a deep understanding of the e-commerce retail landscape and experience from previously driving sales cycles, you will leverage your sales and industry insights to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
Your success in this role will be founded on your ability to forge strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver outstanding results.
You will report to the Head of Sales Nordics and receive support from a dedicated marketing, partnership, and sales engineering team.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the e-commerce retail sector Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects, utilizing both inbound leads and outbound strategies Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their business challenges and tailor solutions that align with their objectives Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels within prospect organizations Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy Provide insights and feedback from the market to help shape product development and marketing strategies Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the business Requirements: A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold SaaS solutions to companies in the e-commerce retail sector Demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Exceptional negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies is preferred Fluent in Swedish and English What Ingrid Offers: World-class tech solutions, but we are always service-oriented, confident, yet humble and helpful A dynamic, innovative, and supportive work environment where your ideas and contributions are valued Opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly growing company Great teamwork in a fast-paced, highly ambitious scale-up Flexible and remote cooperation, with HQ in Stockholm and local offices in the UK and Poland The opportunity to make your mark and contribute to our success
