Education and Experience (Requirements):
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social and environmental metrics and reporting, or similar
3-5 years combined work and/or internship experience required
Strong experience with analyzing data and forming insights, actions, and strategies.
Previous experience in operations or procurement role(s)
Strong communicator, comfortable in engaging internal and external stakeholders
Strong Project Management & Organizational skills
Collaborative in spirit and people-focused
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerBI a plus
Passion for social and environmental impact and willingness + aptitude to learn in an evolving space
Familiarity with GHG Protocol and SBTi and/or past experience completing carbon reporting a plus but not required
Exposure to sustainability/CSR topics such as human rights, ethical sourcing, and supplier diversity

As part of the North American Procurement team, this position is responsible for key day-to-day activities that support several programs and reporting streams contributing to the Danone Impact Journey.
The primary responsibilities of this role include collecting and analyzing data and identifying and implementing process improvements to support Danone North America's carbon reduction roadmap and carbon reporting campaign, Sustainable Sourcing Policy and RESPECT program, and supplier diversity program.
