Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or SMS to remind them of upcoming scheduled maintenance, service intervals, and vehicle check-ups. Address customer inquiries regarding maintenance schedules, service options, and any other related concerns professionally and courteously. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or feedback. Collaborate with the service department to schedule appointments based on customer availability and workshop capacity. Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, scheduled services, and follow-ups using the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Coordinate with the service team to ensure all necessary parts and preparations are available for scheduled maintenance. Accurately input and update customer information, maintenance schedules, and service records in the system. Generate reports on customer response rates and service appointment bookings for management review.
