KNOWLEDGE SPECIALIST
The Knowledge team in the Customer Success department is looking for a new member to focus on French or Spanish translations, text creation, and other demands involving French or Spanish mastery in relation to the InEvent intellectual property. You will have the autonomy and responsibility to:
Author and edit articles in French or Spanish; Translate articles from English to French or Spanish; Create content related to the InEvent imagery for specific articles (GIFs, images, etc); Organize your routine in order to achieve the expected deadlines of your tasks; Accompany and follow the priorities settled by the Team Leader; Communicate clearly with other departments such as Product or Customer Success to ensure your content's precision; Work simultaneously with Help Docs, Trello and Slack; Continuously improve your knowledge on the platform; Contribute to the team's value and growth. REQUIREMENTS French or Spanish fluency; Proficient in English; Detail focus, proactivity, time management and organizational skills; Proven track of generating and maintaining relationship with customers; Experience in a tech startup is a differential; Availability to work with different time zones; Knowledge in other languages is a plus; B2B experience is a plus.
