The Business Analyst is pivotal in steering the development and execution of product strategies while balancing technical and business requirements. This role is essential in driving product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with the company's goals, also ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications, fostering efficiency, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the organization.
Job Duties And Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and propose solutions that address business needs, considering technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.Identify and analyze existing business processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Serve as the key point of contact between business units, technology teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to support project development and implementation.Assist in the development of test plans and conduct testing to validate that the solutions meet the defined business requirements.Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized according to business value.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage and success, using data to make informed product decisions.Champion a mindset of continuous improvement, staying updated with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to enhance business analysis processes.Knowledge:Business Process AnalysisTechnical ProficiencyProject ManagementSkills:Analytical ThinkingCommunicationUser-Centric DesignAttention to DetailToolset:Confluence for collaborative documentation and requirement management, integrated with Draw.io for creating and editing diagrams.Draw.io (with Confluence plugin) for creating diagrams.
