What will you do? General legal help inside the corporation Convene meetings and keep the order of the agenda. Act as a point of contact with external firms and notary public. Provide support on legal documentation or legal consultations to collaborators from different GSK departments. Support with administrative tasks such as tracking invoices and payments related to lawfirms, notary public, fees and other expenses related to lawsuits and claims. Initial drafting of legal documents; answering of official letters, preparation and follow-up of legal documents. Initial drafting of agreements, addenda, terminations. Help the Legal Department with the technological innovations being carried out. Help with the organization and the maintenance of the physical and electronic file of the Legal Department.
