We're looking for an Infrastructure Leader to ensure the operation and availability of the services supporting various systems.
Main Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and manage the Infrastructure and Technical Support team.
Manage projects in an integrated manner, including: gathering information, generating documentation, obtaining quotes, meeting with suppliers, and follow-up.
Manage and maintain the institution's physical and virtual servers.
Knowledge of virtual and cloud environments is required, along with advanced Linux and Windows Server skills.
Manage and maintain the health of the Data Centers related to the area or as defined by the Club (Secure Access Management, HVAC, UPS Management, both in Data Centers and Backbone, etc.).
Plan, manage, and monitor the proper application of Backup and Restore services for data and systems.
Manage networking equipment and services (VLANs, Wireless, Firewall, SAN, ACL, VPN, VPN S2S, etc.).
Manage and keep technological equipment updated with the latest versions.
Participate actively in documenting processes and procedures.
Ensure the correct implementation of processes and procedures related to the area and responsibilities.
Manage and maintain Cloud environments (Huawei preferred, or others such as Azure, Amazon, Google).
Participate in technology projects to design infrastructure according to best practices.
Assist with purchase requests and follow-up.
Propose innovation projects for infrastructure supporting different areas of the sports organization.
Understand and manage Disaster Recovery solutions.
What we value: Advanced knowledge of Linux.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server: Active Directory/DNS/DHCP/Security Policy Management (GPO) IIS/WEB Services/Terminal Server/WSUS.
Experience with Cloud environments (preferably Huawei, Amazon, Azure).
Intermediate knowledge of Virtual Environments.
Experience with Firewalls (Ideally Fortigate).
Advanced networking knowledge and intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity.
Advanced knowledge of WAN/LAN networks and WIFI Services.
Experience with Microsoft365/Office365 services.
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery solutions.
Availability to work on weekends during sports events, where your main responsibilities will include: Monitoring network resources.
Monitoring Data Center and Cloud resources.
Troubleshooting under pressure during events.
Work modality : Hybrid (Initially one day of home-office per week) Workplace : CABA.
