General Description of the Role Develop and implement Sourcing Strategies for Capex, MRO, Industrial Services and Facility Services (but not limited) aligned with company business needsLead complex negotiation, contracting and suppliers relationship & performance managementDrive stakeholder engagement and relationship managementObjectives In line with the indirect procurement strategic vision, the objectives of this role are to ensure efficient, effective and continuous supply of NPR Industrial Categories for Campari Argentina (and possibly other Campari entities across Latam region), through the design and the implementation of the most appropriate sourcing strategies, constantly investigating opportunities to improve cost, quality, delivery and service, and develop long-term value. Key Responsibilities and Activities Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.Utilize strategic sourcing methodology for major initiatives.Lead RFI, RFP, RFQ (request for information, proposal and quotation) processes.Negotiation, Contracting, and Contract Implementation.Lead Supplier Relationship & Performance Management for assigned categories.Lead Stakeholders Engagement & Relationship Management - Visit Capilla site twice (2) per week.Engagement with Regional Category Management team on the categories strategy.Collaborate with regional procurement peers in multi countries strategic initiatives.Utilize methodologies such as cost break down, cost modelling and should cost, and analize TCO.Execute risk assessments, and create mitigation and business continuity plans (BCP).Ensure compliance with the standards or requirements established in Procurement Policy.Understand and get familiar with operations environment and technical specifications.Experience Required Minimum 5 years experience with indirect procurement (Capex, MRO & Services are a plus).Education Graduation in Engieneering or other business related.Skills Functional Exeptional communication skills, verbal and written and presentationDemostrate a solid track record in Stakeholder Infuencing Management, strong interpersonal skillsStrategic and Clear ThinkingAbility to collaborate with others across the organizations Ability to work independently, be highly organized and self motivatedTechnical Experience of leading negotations with suppliers Capability to handle complex and multiple categoriesBuilding sourcing strategyCapabilities to create and present power point slidesExperience with Industrial Categories (Capex, MRO, Industrial Services & Facility Services) is a plusOthers Spanish and English mandatory, Portuguese is a plusAdvance Excel and Power PointSAP and/or COUPAOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: At Campari Group we believe in building more value together, thus we see diversity in all forms as a source of enrichment.
