Identity And Access Management (Iam) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IAM solutions across multiple cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of our cloud infrastructure by managing user identities and access permissions effectively.

Main Skill: Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and LDAP. Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation of IAM tasks. General Cloud skills in at least one of Cloud Providers (Azure, AWS, GCP). Experience with IAM tools and services such as AWS IAM, Azure AD, Google Cloud IAM, Okta, or similar. Project management experience. Roles & Responsibilities: The IAM Specialist will be responsible for:

Collaborating and participating in the design of new IAM security solutions. Interacting with vendors if required. Leading the implementation of these solutions across multiple clients. Documenting and reporting progress. Providing regular updates to the leads. Solving open-ended problems. Building consensus across multiple stakeholder groups. Must Have Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proven ability to work with diverse teams in highly collaborative environments. Proven ability to create a project plan and ensure on-time delivery. Motivated self-starter.
