Job Description This role will lead the development of a strategic HR function for South America, ensuring the organization has the talent, culture, and structure needed to achieve program goals and effectively serve clients.
You will drive the implementation of global HR initiatives and provide counsel to senior leaders, maximizing staffing resources and performance while mitigating institutional risk.Responsibilities:Strategic HR Leadership:Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent management, compensation, change management, diversity & inclusion, organizational design, and employee relations.Talent Management & Development:Collaborate with HR COEs and team members to build talent capability through talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.Data-Driven Solutions:Produce, analyze, and present data-driven insights to inform business decisions and HR strategies.Employee & Manager Support:Lead end-to-end issue resolution, partnering with all areas of the organization to identify root causes, make recommendations, and drive improvement initiatives.HR Expertise:Provide guidance and counsel to employees and management across talent acquisition, leadership, employee relations, talent management, performance management, rewards, and recognition.Project Management:Lead key projects and initiatives, including merit and bonus processes, acquisitions, job code cleanup, and market benchmarking, driving them to successful completion.Business Understanding:Develop a deep understanding of the company's strategy, business operations, culture, and competition, with a focus on key HR functions.Process Improvement:Collaborate with the Global HR team to identify and implement business process improvements.Compliance & Policy Enforcement:Ensure consistent application of HR and company policies, processes, and systems.Collaboration & Communication:Build strong relationships within HR to share knowledge and facilitate communication across teams and departments.Exit Interviews & Off-boarding Support:Conduct exit interviews and provide off-boarding support to departing employees.Talent Acquisition Support:Partner with Talent Acquisition on campus recruiting and social media branding initiatives.Qualifications:Proven experience in a strategic HR business partner role.Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management principles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fluent in Spanish and English.Location:Buenos Aires, Argentina.
