Proyecto Mara We are one of the worlds largest copper producers and traders with our mining operations and development projects in key mining regions in Africa, Australia and the Americas. The MARA Project is located in Argentina's Catamarca State close to the town of Andalgala. It is a high quality, long-life, brownfields project integrating the Minera Alumbrera plant and mining infrastructure with the Agua Rica resource. This position represents a significant opportunity to work in one of our most important projects, contributing to the long-term future of our Copper portfolio, the state of Catamarca and the wellbeing of the surrounding communities.
The Opportunity The purpose of this role is to be accountable for leading the implementation of Human Resources project deliverables and business partnering in alignment with the execution strategy, including supporting governance oversight, stakeholder management and risk mitigation, for the MARA project, in accordance with guidelines, standards and procedures that are defined by Glencore Copper Projects.
