The HRBP will report to and work closely with the HR Director in Buenos Aires and other team members on multiple People-related projects and initiatives. The Impact You'll Make: Lead the full onboarding cycle to ensure new team members are set up with everything they need to be successful: facilitate onboarding sessions, surveys, employment documentation and 1:1 conversations to ensure things are running smoothly. Be on top of our benefits program, from enlisting to conducting regular market research to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation package. Contribute to an amazing employee lifecycle and experience and build trusted relationships with our employees: Ensure they are supported by conducting periodic employee touch bases, as well as exit surveys, etc. Act as a trusted confidant for the teams by proactively reaching out to identify opportunities for improvement. Operate as a key business partner with inquiries, questions, and complaints, and guide on employee relations issues, performance management, and other core HR functions. Proactively assess team development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions. Be a "community builder" and promote culture enhancement, recognition programs, and general best practice solutions across departments. Encourage and collaborate with the planning of culture programs, monthly events, and ad-hoc projects. Empower Managers and employees with global processes such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, DE&I initiatives, and trainings. Foster internal communications and initiatives to keep everyone informed. Partner with L&D to assess training needs to apply and monitor ongoing programs, ensuring we align with global practices. Proactively identify gaps, challenges & opportunities, bringing insights and recommendations to improve resources, workflows, and experiences. Create, maintain, and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Help maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations by reviewing policies, training, and practices. Be a referent for employees on HR issues, policies, and procedures. Career development: execute talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans Use data and analytics to measure employee engagement, turnover, and other key HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. What You'll Bring to Us: 3 to 5 years experience as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner. Experience in a dynamic and fast-moving international environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as Spanish. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Good problem-solving skills. Culture champion and true team player. Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify workflows. Great interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. You are comfortable working in a culture that values transparency and courage. Great organizational skills, including attention to detail.
