The Opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR Assistant with a focus on recruitment to support our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to develop their HR career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of our team.
What You'll Do Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling, effective job descriptions. Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, social media platforms, and other innovative channels. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the company. Provide support for various HR tasks, contributing to a wide range of operational initiatives as needed. Maintain and update the HR database and team records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our HR system What You Bring to the Table 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Fluent English is mandatory Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information with discretion. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on new HR-related tasks
