Job Overview : We are seeking a Remote German-Speaking Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Athens , Greece.
This remote role allows you to work from home within the Athens area.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and have B2-level English proficiency , with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
While prior experience in customer support is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a clear focus on providing top-tier support to German-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
Issue Resolution : Identify and resolve customer concerns effectively, always ensuring a positive customer experience.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the company's web services to provide accurate and relevant information and troubleshooting support to customers.
Order Management : Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and updates for our web services.
Technical Support : Provide basic technical assistance, helping customers navigate our digital platforms and services (training provided).
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and share feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Feedback : Collect and communicate customer feedback to help improve the services and products offered.
Requirements : Fluent in German : Native or near-native proficiency in both spoken and written German.
B2 English Proficiency : Strong command of English for internal communication and documentation.
Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and address customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Self-Motivation : As a remote role, candidates must be self-disciplined and comfortable working independently.
Documents Accepted : EU ID Refugee Certificate from Ukraine (issued later than March 2022) Residence Card Note : Only local candidates or those eligible to work in Greece will be considered.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 09:00 - 20:00 (flexible shifts within this timeframe) Relocation : No relocation support will be provided.
International candidates should be willing to relocate to Athens at their own expense.
