Your Role: This role focuses on researching, organizing, and maintaining data on U.S. government benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will help ensure the platform provides accurate, easy-to-use information to users, supporting them in accessing vital benefits.
The position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent English proficiency.
It also involves communicating with external agencies and stakeholders to verify and clarify information as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to gather and verify detailed information on U.S. government benefits programs, including eligibility criteria, application processes, and deadlines.
Regularly update and maintain program data in the platform's database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Simplify complex information into user-friendly materials for platform users and internal systems.
Communicate professionally with government agencies, program representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve information gaps or clarify requirements.
Provide users with accurate, clear guidance on navigating program requirements and applications.
You Bring: 2+ years of experience in research, data gathering, or document analysis roles, such as policy research, compliance, technical writing, customer service in regulated industries, or similar.
Experience maintaining large datasets or databases using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRMs.
Fluent spoken and written English, with experience communicating professionally with government agencies, customers, or external contacts.
Proven ability to simplify complex information for different audiences (e.g., users, teams, or stakeholders).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with U.S. government systems like healthcare enrollments, tax filings, or visa applications.
Experience working within the Tech industry Background in nonprofit work, advocacy, or customer support roles that assist individuals with navigating complex systems.
Experience creating user-friendly materials, such as FAQs, guides, or process documentation.
