The Role: As a General Services Administrator, you will join our U.S. team and be responsible for purchasing, logistics, and auditing our NYC and Chicago locations.
Key Responsibilities: • Contacting suppliers, negotiating mode of payment, creating orders in SAGE, tracking up orders, checking the delivery, sending invoices to the accounting team, and helping the GGSS team with the monthly inventory.
• Travel management: make reservations for flights, and hotels in the US.
• Purchase needs for new projects or local campaigns • Supplies: tracking supply costs (electricity, water, gas, telephone, etc.)
and detect deviations or improvements.
• Analyze and carry out comparative studies to improve efficiency.
• Perform contracting management with new companies (setting up new accounts, cancellations, incidents, etc.)
• Coordinate requests for new hires: purchasing laptops, and phones, requesting a new phone line.
You will be joining our General Services team located at our administrative office in Brooklyn.

Who You Are: You have at least 1 year of experience with administrative tasks involving purchasing, auditing, and logistics.
You are proactive and take initiative in completing work tasks.
You demonstrate commitment to accomplishing goals.
You excel in autonomous work environments.
You take ownership of work tasks and stakeholder needs.
You are entirely customer-oriented and have excellent teamwork skills.
You can work a regular schedule (M- F) onsite at our Brooklyn office.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, desired.
