Reports to Front Office Manager
Primary Responsibilities Include:Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check-ins and departure check-outs.Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards.Coordinate guest services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service.Anticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints.Cross-sell hotel services and venues.Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests.Support the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chat.Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management goals ensuring all guest satisfaction.What You Bring:Excellent communication skills, both with Guests and co-workers.
Skilled at engaging the audience.Detail and guest care oriented.Fluent in English and Italian.Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner.At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required.What We Offer:At Hotel Caruso, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture built on kindness, active listening, and genuine connections with our colleagues and guests.
