Fp&A / Controllership Senior Analyst

Responsibilities / Tasks What you'll do:
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expendituresMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceOversee and support the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling toolsConsolidation of quarterly/monthly Financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate financial statementsImprove performance by evaluating processes to drive efficienciesDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesAnalyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposesSupport Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysisAd-Hoc Reporting and AnalysisProject Controller as a plusMacro, Power Query and ability for automation process is a plusYour Profile / Qualifications Who you are:
7 years' work experience in associated areasStrong working knowledge of ERP/Financial Systems & ApplicationsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills requiredSAP experience desiredERP implementation or conversion experience a plusAccess or other multi-dimensional analysis experienceAble to build a relational database and queriesEnglish fluent/NativeSpanishAbility to work in a changing and challenging environmentStrong problem-solving skillsData analytics skillsAbility to work independently, with minimal direction/supervisionEffective written and verbal communication skills
