Required skills Fluent in Finnish Working proficiency in English Troubleshooting hardware and software, familiarity with OS and common applications. Strong communication, interpersonal, patience, and empathy. Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution, task prioritization. Basic understanding of networking concepts, ITIL framework knowledge is a plus. Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions, reporting on common issues.
