The Job
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable by entering and paying bills, ensuring all financial obligations are met promptly.
- Handle accounts receivable, including creating invoices, securing deposits from clients, and closing out bills upon project completion.
- Categorize all credit card and bank transactions in QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure clear understanding and satisfaction from estimate approval through final payment.
- Maintain and manage company subscriptions, warranties, and equipment financing.
- Serve as the internal point of contact, coordinating between different departments and managing our CRM system.
The Profile
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with financial record-keeping.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
