Architect With Financial Expertise

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect who brings a unique blend of architectural design and financial acumen to our team.

This role requires expertise in both architecture and finance, with a strong proficiency in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will excel in managing diverse design projects while handling financial tasks with precision and efficiency.

The Role

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architectural design projects, ensuring that they align with client specifications and industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, including monitoring expenses, tracking costs, and ensuring financial accuracy using QuickBooks.
- Oversee the preparation and processing of quotations for architectural projects.

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records related to architectural projects.
- Handle client communications, resolving billing issues, and following up on outstanding accounts.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes for design projects.
- Ensure the timely collection of deposits and payments.
- Prepare and manage financial reports and documentation related to architectural projects.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with Google Apps (Docs, Gmail, Calendar) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to wrap up projects efficiently.

Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
