Main Purpose
- Contribute to advanced decision-making for crop protection products during early and late development stages, delivering high-quality data and technical reports supporting commercial launches.
- Contribute to the execution of Annual Field Solutions trials plan core region in ARG, coordinating and running internal and external trials on different crops.
Your mission will be to
- Coordinate, plan, design, establish and execute the agreed number of trials, according to the annual plan, supporting the product advancement decisions on designated areas (including resource planning and gathering).
- Analyze protocols and provide feedback to ensure the achievement of strong results.
- Supervision of temporary workers´ activities.
- Capture and report data in the corresponding systems ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Data analysis and result summarization at local and regional meetings.
- Coordinate site tours, training and inspection visits.
- Be recognized as the technical reference on crop protection of this geography by key stakeholders.
- Ensure HSE and Regulatory compliance with site activities.
Unlock your potencial
- High degree or post graduate degree in Agronomy with focus on Crop Protection or minimum 3 years of proven experience in the Crop Protection industry.
- Strong skills in planning and organization.
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Intermediate English.
- Knowledge of statistics and experimental design is desirable.
- Strong skills in the acquisition and implementation of new technology/innovations
- Available and flexible to live near Western Chaco, Northern Santiago del Estero, East of Salta
