The Role
We are seeking a talented AI Designer with a strong background in creating and optimizing static creatives and video ads with AI tools. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using advanced AI tools such as Midjourney, video AI tools, and other AI-driven creative platforms.
They must also have expertise in paid social script writing, refining AI-generated content using Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of the metrics that drive campaign success.
Design & Creative Development:
- Create static and video ads using AI tools like Midjourney, ensuring they are optimized for conversions, engagement, and video completion rates.
- Develop and refine high-quality, conversion-focused creatives tailored to various social media platforms.
Video Editing & Optimization:
- Utilize Video AI tools to edit and enhance video content, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
- Apply data-driven insights to optimize video hooks, storylines, and overall content structure for maximum engagement.
Script Writing & Content Tweaking:
- Write compelling paid social scripts using AI tools, tailoring messaging to fit the brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Fine-tune AI-generated results using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
Performance Analysis & Iteration:
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to analyze creative performance data, and iterate on designs to improve KPIs such as CTR, CVR, and video completion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI tools and creative best practices, continuously applying new learnings to enhance campaign results.
Ideal Profile
- Proven experience and portfolio as an AI Designer or similar role in a performance marketing environment.
- Proficiency with AI design tools like Midjourney, Video AI tools, and other AI-driven creative platforms.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in writing paid social scripts and optimizing content for social media platforms.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics, including conversion rates, CTR, CVR, and video completion rates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
