We are seeking an Experience Marketing Manager who plays a vital role in delivering exceptional brand experiences to customers, prospects, and MBK. This position is responsible for defining the vision and strategy for brand and product launch campaigns while overseeing the execution of marketing activities focused on offline touchpoints. Key responsibilities include planning and leading a variety of brand experience initiatives, such as launch events, trade shows, and pop-up exhibitions. The manager will also identify and pursue co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize the brand's value.
Your responsibilities are: Marketing Campaign/Project Plan and DesignDefining the concept, strategy, and direction of product launch and brand campaigns focused on offline touchpoints.Align & ensure compliance with overall business direction including halo brand development (AMG, MM, G etc.).Propose conceptual direction of marketing communication channel mix based on a 360-degree approach that can support the success of the project and campaign.Allocate campaign budget by channel and activity.Create a comprehensive agency brief and share the brief with related parties.Collect, review, and evaluate the campaign proposals from agencies.Marketing Campaign/Project ManagementManage overall execution of campaign-related marketing activities through smooth communication with related parties for the best result.Collaborate with other market/departments for successful execution of various marketing campaign-related projects.
Engage dealer partners to maximize the synergy on retail activation events in cooperation with them.Inspire participants and visitors by providing them with brand-adequate product and brand experience.Steer and guide agencies for effective and efficient operation of project/event to maximize KPIs.Monitor the progress of KPI achievement during the project/campaign roll-out stage.Analyze results and share the wrap-up/post-mortem report with related parties.Partnership/co-marketing ManagementExplore co-marketing/sponsorship opportunities in line with campaign/project objectives.Negotiate benefit packages and details with related external parties.Develop proposals and share with internal stakeholders.Document, evaluate, monitor, and report planning and execution processes to comply with global guidelines.QualificationsEducation: Minimum B.A degree in Business Administration (Marketing preferred)
Experience: Minimum 10 years business experience with at least 7 years of experience in brand/product marketing in a managerial position.
Prior experience should include at least one of the following areas:
Marketing communicationsBrand MarketingRetail marketing/SalesMarketing Consulting/Event MarketingSpecific knowledge: English proficiency in business context level
Project and people management experience preferred
