How you'll play your part In this role, you will support the Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialists through structured product training and be a first line of support for queries.
Main Accountabilities Ensure the team is trained on all new product releases and provide written training support material.Analyse team performance to identify gaps in product knowledge and address these through training programmes.Complete weekly QA on team work to ensure quality standards are met.Ensure all training is measurable to track effectiveness.Provide first line support for queries that the LGRSS cannot answer.Maintain a strong level of knowledge of our products and the wider automotive industry.Deputise for Team Leaders when they are absent.About you Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferable.Experience in a training or development role is preferable.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience liaising with all levels of an organisation.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to influence colleagues and managers.Strong analytical skills to identify knowledge gaps.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Self-motivated to keep product and industry knowledge up to date.What's in it for you?
