Tasks Responsibilities Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with company objectives Plan and execute all aspects of events including budgeting venue selection vendor management and logistics Collaborate with the Expansion Marketing and Communication teams to ensure events align with global strategy Oversee onsite event management including staff coordination attendee engagement and problemsolving Evaluating event success and providing postevent analysis and recommendations for improvement. Requirements Fluent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English Minimum 5 years of proven experience organizing and managing global events preferably within the tech or fintech industry. Willingness to travel extensively for event planning and execution. Excellent budgeting and financial management skills Strong project / organizational management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills. Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality impactful events. Knowledge of cryptocurrency blockchain or financial technology is a plus.
