A career in our Ethics and Business Conduct - Practice Support practice, within Risk and Compliance services, will provide you the opportunity to work with a team that provides clients with extensive risk and controls technical knowledge and sector specific experience. You'll have the opportunity to develop a holistic approach to risk that protects businesses, facilitates strategic decision making and enhances efficiency by assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls.

Our team helps PwC develop and design effective compliance and ethics initiatives that help us proactively manage our ethics and compliance programmes. You'll assist through all stages of the compliance and ethics life cycle including compliance programme assessments, development and transformation, risk assessment, and industry regulatory compliance.To really stand out and make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world, each and every one of us at PwC needs to be a purpose-led and values-driven leader at every level. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

At least 3 years work experience. Availability to work according to US schedule (EST time zone, local bank holidays). Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing with strong customer service orientation (English/Spanish). Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail. Required technical skills: Availability to support the US East and West coast and Mexico time zones (from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 8:00 am - 6:00 pm on Fridays, in each time zone) in rotating or fixed 9-hour shifts, including a one hour lunch break. Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing with strong customer service orientation. (English/Spanish). Demonstrating critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems, including applying judgment to inform recommendations.  Employing analytical and technical skills, as well as intellectual curiosity. Exhibiting administrative and time management skills. Working productively in an environment with evolving deadlines and priorities. Paying significant attention to detail to identify and correct issues. Promoting an atmosphere of trust, confidentiality, professionalism and integrity. Demonstrating agility and reprioritizing in response to changing situations. Identifying problems before crises arise, notifying leadership and proposing solutions proactively. Participating in training other team members. Embracing innovation and leveraging the firm's technology effectively and efficiently. Facilitating collaboration across virtual and global teams with a mindset that transcends boundaries and embraces diverse perspectives.
