(English/Spanish).Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.Ability to understand the firm's personal independence policy, regulatory compliance, etc.Ticketing system experience is a plus.Knowledge of US and MX financial products is a plus.Availability to work according to US schedule (EST time zone, local bank holidays).Responsibilities:Answering calls, emails and chats from PwC partners, employees, contractors and candidates to provide them guidance and assistance in regards to Ethics and Compliance and related topics.
