Your Role and Responsibilities
The Internal Communications Specialist focuses on a broad range of communications responsibilities, emphasizing internal and executive communications. The role involves creating experiences that engage IBMers specifically in company strategy and their contributions to business and client success.
Key Responsibilities: Production of content for internal audiences and relationships with different internal business areas;Planning of events and activities with internal audiences;Alignment and planning of campaigns aligned with times Latin America and Global;Knowledge of local printing and the strategic focus of each internal channel;Content production: internal communications;Development of strategies and campaigns;Review, editing of content and planning according to calendar of communications;Interact with different business units, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Procurement;Measure internal communications channels impact through surveys;Coordination, planning and execution of campaigns/programs based on organizational culture and employee engagement;Social media campaigns coordination aligned with business strategy, the regional and global Social Media teams;Develop advocacy program. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Advanced English and Portuguese;Graduation in Communications, Publications Relations or Journalism;Communications Professional with experience in strategy for internal audiences and social media;Good writing in texts, strategies and analyses;Critical thinking and analytical skills;Relationship with C-level leaders;Training in Communication, Journalism, PR or related areas. We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work.
