We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join our company.
The right candidate must be technically talented, hands-on, and have great interpersonal skills.

What you will be doing: - Lead a team of tech leads, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and implement new features, focusing on system performance and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best coding practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical work with business goals.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Drive continuous improvement through CI/CD, automated testing, and adopting new technologies.
- Document architecture and technical processes for the team.
Requirements: - +2 years leading teams of developers, preferably as a Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role, with experience in coaching and supporting team members' technical growth.
- Proven experience as Backend Developer, with experience in Java, Spring Boot and AWS.
- Experienced with microservices architecture using Kubernetes, Argo, CI/CD pipelines.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate/Advanced English skills.
- Experience in fintech/payments is a plus!
