When you join our team, you'll experience Flex That Works: flexible (hybrid) work arrangements that empower you to have purposeful time in the office and partner with your leader to make flexibility work for both you and the business.Main responsibilities:Works with IT infrastructure and operations team in the development and deploy end-user computing solutions, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual environments.Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure proper implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, security and cloud services.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven improvements.Translate UX requirements into effective designs that focus on usability and user satisfaction.Advocate for user experience best practices within the organizationKey Qualifications and Experiences:5+ years experience in UX design, front-end development, or a similar role.Proven experience with back-end technologies and understanding of full-stack development.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration and Influence: Exceptional ability to build cross-functional relationships with diverse teams, including business stakeholders and internal teams, to drive business transformation and exceptional customer experience.Communication and Story Telling: Flair for good story telling to help teams design success stories that can be shared and drive adoption and scaling across the enterprise of CTO products & servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex user experience challenges.Total BenefitsGreat support for good health with medical, dental, and vision coverage options with no waiting periods or pre-existing condition restrictions.
